RingCentral provides Internet-based communication services for small business; such as VoIP, Virtual PBX, Toll Free Numbers, and Online Fax. At FaxCritics we have been fortunate to not only test but also interact with RingCentral users and the overwhelming majority of people we meet are satisfied with the product and service delivered by RingCentral.
As with all services out there, some people may not be satisfied or no longer need a product they once used and therefore need to cancel. For example, since RingCentral offers a free trial with its online fax services – some people realize within the first few days that they don’t need an online fax service and contact RingCentral to cancel. HOW TO CANCEL SERVICE WITH RINGCENTRAL:

1. Have you RingCentral account information ready and call (888) 898-4591.
2. Dial option 3 once the automated attendant answers the call. (Option 3 – Directs calls to RingCentral’s cancellation department)
2. Hold times are commonly very low at RingCentral, therefore you won’t wait too long until a representative answers the phone and processes your request to cancel your RingCentral service.
