RingCentral stores all faxes for 30 days, which is one of the shortest storage lengths in the Internet fax market. This can be negative for people that must have access to fax over 30 days old.

RingCentral Fax is a low priced service but users must be careful to stay within their monthly faxing limits since RingCentral charges nearly 6 cents for each additional page.
